Hello Everyone and Welcome to my Blog page. My goal is to write weekly updates so that you can keep track of what is going on in my life in preparation for my trip to South Africa, as well as, when I am actually over seas in Africa!!
I want to put some basic information about myself so that everyone can get to know me, even those who do not know me as well as others! I am currently attending Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Virginia. I am graduating in May, 2008, with a degree in Psychology and a minor in leadership. I am very excited about finally graduating from college and starting my life after college. As you all know, i will be in Africa for 9 months, starting in September, and when I return from that trip, God allowing, I want to get onboard with a mission organization or a non-profit organization and do God’s work through them. Another possibility is to work with children. I have always loved working with children and depending on where God is calling me, I could go for either one :0)
GOD IS SO GOOD and I can’t wait to see what He has in store for me on this trip…
